Remed freestyle (the french rap nerd in me comes out)
Yo my homeys from Toronto’s hottest new art gallery – Show & Tell – were out in NYC a month or so ago and sent me this clip that pretty much fucked my head up. See what many of you may not know is that I myself was a huge French rap geek back in the days. I’m pretty much outta the loop on that world these days but when I saw this I was like “DAAAMMN”. For those of you that understand le french you’ll notice son is killing it with the wordplay and flows. Considering how little anyone actually freestyles anymore to see dude go off the top for 5 minutes plus actually saying SOME shit was certified freshness to me.
His name is Remed. And he’s actually a pretty renowned painter from France. Here’s one of his pieces….
